Knock-out stuff. Pale yellow colour, orchard nose, great acid, this wine tastes like platinum on your tongue – tart lime and apples. Donald reckons it’s the best produced of its kind, I have to agree.
Went very well with our delicious meal al fresco in Terra Nostra – bruschetta followed by pasta – where we witnessed San Giniseo’s Junior Drumming Team giving it loads in the Town Square, followed by Spencer’s adoption by the younger members of the town.
